Povodom Dana ružičaste vrpce, Zračna luka Zagreb postala je pozornica za 965. Milenijsku fotografiju poznatog hrvatskog fotografa Šime Strikomana.
Zaposlenici Zračne luke Zagreb (MZLZ), Havas – Ground Services, BTA Croatia, SDA Croatia, IAAC te drugih kompanija koje djeluju u zračnoj luci okupili su se ispred putničkog terminala, odjeveni u ružičaste majice, tvoreći simboličnu ružičastu vrpcu – svjetski prepoznat simbol borbe protiv raka dojke.
Fotografija je snimljena u sklopu dugogodišnje inicijative kojom se mjesec listopad obilježava kao Mjesec borbe protiv raka dojke, s naglaskom na važnost prevencije i ranog otkrivanja bolesti.
Tom je prilikom fotograf Šime Strikoman izjavio:
„Ovo je petnaesta godina zaredom da snimam milenijsku fotografiju posvećenu ružičastoj vrpci, s ciljem podsjećanja javnosti na važnost rane dijagnoze i podrške oboljelima. Od srca zahvaljujem svim zaposlenicima zračne luke koji su sudjelovali u ovoj značajnoj akciji. Posebno mi je drago što se ova fotografija snima upravo u godini u kojoj obilježavamo 25. obljetnicu projekta Milenijske fotografije.“
Međunarodna zračna luka Zagreb d.d., u suradnji s Hrvatskom ligom protiv raka i brojnim udrugama koje skrbe o onkološkim pacijentima, već dugi niz godina aktivno doprinosi borbi protiv raka kroz konkretne projekte i inicijative: sufinanciranje preventivnih programa, organizaciju edukativnih kampanja i prikupljanje donacija.
Zaposlenici Zračne luke Zagreb s ponosom su podržali i ovu akciju, šaljući poruku solidarnosti, podrške i nade.

On the occasion of Pink Ribbon Day, Zagreb Airport became the backdrop for the 965th Millennial Photograph by renowned Croatian photographer Šime Strikoman.
Employees of Zagreb Airport (MZLZ), Havas – Ground Services, BTA Croatia, SDA Croatia, IAAC, and other airport companies gathered in front of the passenger terminal, wearing pink shirts and forming a symbolic pink ribbon – the global emblem of the fight against breast cancer.
The photograph was taken as part of a long-standing initiative marking October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, emphasizing the importance of prevention and early detection.
On this occasion, photographer Šime Strikoman stated:
“This is the fifteenth consecutive year that I’ve captured a millennial photograph dedicated to the pink ribbon, aiming to remind the public of the importance of early diagnosis and support for those affected. I sincerely thank all airport employees who participated in this meaningful action. I’m especially pleased that this photograph is being taken in the year we celebrate the 25th anniversary of the millennial photography project.”
International Zagreb Airport Jsc, in collaboration with the Croatian League Against Cancer and numerous associations caring for cancer patients, has actively contributed to the fight against cancer for many years through concrete projects and initiatives: co-financing preventive programs, organizing educational campaigns, and collecting donations.
Zagreb Airport employees proudly supported this initiative as well, sending a message of solidarity, support, and hope.
